The plant was ordered in a timely manner, which we loved! The reason for the 4 stars is because a carnation plant was delivered when we ordered a Lily plant. Typlically I wouldn’t care so much as long as it still looks beautiful (which it DID), however this time the Lily plant had a very special meaning. It was for a friend whose dog tragically passed away this week unexpectedly this week and her dog’s name was Lily, so I was a little disappointed about the switch (especially without being told ahead time as I could have ordered from a different florist that had Lillies in stock). Other than that personal hiccup, though, I have no complaints! :)
